The day draws near, preparations are coming to an end, and we have 18 awesome speakers to announce. It’s an honour to have such a smart group of professionals participate and support the second WordCamp Skopje.

David Sojic

David Sojic is a WordPress developer with 6 years of experience as a freelancer and as a team member of Webpigment. Aside from his rich working portfolio, he also has an abundant “travel” portfolio. He is a regular on the WordPress meetups organized by WordPress Macedonia and a constant supporter and participant in WordCamps in neighboring countries. He considers WordCamp Europe as an opportunity to learn and meet new people. When David is not coding, he enjoys cold beer, bikes, good company and music.

Aleksandar Savkovic

Google helped me to understand that WordPress is the next big thing in my life.

So I reconsidered my profession and from the construction site supervisor, I became a Web ” WordPress” developer at the age of 34. I believe that BIO should be seen as an ongoing process.


From freelancer, over Customer Happiness team in ManageWP to GoDaddy internal and external WP educator. 
Rather than a static snapshot, whereby we are perpetually re-framing, re-thinking and re-considering ourselves.
At the moment I’m managing Belgrade office at Enartia group of brands and coaching the dev team in a better tasks execution.

Emilija Gjorgjevska

Engineer. Marketeer. Imagineer. Top %10 in the SEO and digital marketing industry according to LinkedIn Social Selling Index, compared to the best in the field. Chosen to be a LinkedIn Valued Member by their research team. She enjoys solving problems, building things and growing them from scratch. Emilija works at Codever.io as the only technical SEO engineer in (North) Macedonia. She ignited & co-managed the growth of two Facebook groups of 4000+ members covering digital marketing & product development. Recently started supporting Women in Tech Macedonia. Her life/work philosophy is “Work, have fun and laugh along the way!”.

PHP/ Web / WordPress Developer at Shindiri Studio company. Co-founder of Nis WordPress community #WPNis, co-lead organizer of WordCamp Nis #WCNis, #WCEU organizing team.

Milana Cap

A classical musician writing PHP code and secretly automating everyday tasks with Bash scripts, Milana has been developing with WordPress since 2010 and started contributing to its documentation the very next year. Over the past four years, she switched from being an opera prompter to full time WordPress developer, freelancing through Toptal platform.

She got deeply involved into community behind WordPress project as a developer but also as volunteer at various local WordCamps and organiser of WordCamp Europe. Also ran free WordPress theme development workshops for local community.

Being a single mom in Serbia she developed the superpower of fighting the odds.
